Canya Care
Based in Gloucester, Canya Care is a fast-growing business that provides both temporary staffing and care at home services. We helped Canya Care set up both the temporary staffing and domiciliary care arms of the business through our combined package. We provided their branding, including a logo, website and print marketing materials, and to consult on certain sector-specific methods to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Our logo brief was to keep it simple, fresh and flexible. This principle was continued into our work on recruitment leaflets and client-focused brochures. We kept the designs and layout streamlined and crisp so that the messaging would stand out.
We provided all the aspects of our package ensuring that the company had a solid foundation, that made sure until today the company is growing from strength to strength. Through the package we provided guidance for this young business in how to create a screening and hiring process that would result in a team of experienced, high-quality staff. From the application form itself to the marketing assets, we provided effective, tailored advice.
Branding and Stationery
As part of the package we came up with the name of the business, designed a custom logo, stationery and marketing material, based on the branding colour scheme.
Staff Flyers
We designed flyers for attracting nurses in particular, to ensure we present information only targeting the nurses.
Leaflets & Flyers
Well designed leaflets with concise information are very important for Canya Care, they are used to attract potential candidates and clients alike.
Staff ID
For consistent branding, no stone is left unturned, The staff at Canya Care should be professional and presentable in the work place since they carry the brand.
Policies & Forms
From application forms, agreements through to company letters, we covered it all for Canya Care. We provided over 200 branded forms and documents, well designed and branded with the company logo and colour scheme.
Marketing Material
For a complete marketing package, we also designed a company presentation folder, which is quite important for the sales process, especially when engaging with clients.
Roll-up Banner
Banners come in hand for recruitment fairs and exhibitions. We designed and printed banners for Canya Care for use in the relevant occasions.
Website
As one of our favourite sayings ‘We do not build a website for your business, but we build your business on a website’. We did just that for Canya Care, creating a website packed with top features for a staffing agency, focused on attracting staff and clients as well as integrated tools for running the business.
Social Media
We designed and set the social media accounts for Canya Care which included Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. Also as part of the package we managed the social media accounts for six months.
