Excell Care Services
Excell Care Services is a healthcare recruitment and temporary staffing agency based in Lancashire, England. As a relatively new business, through our start-up package, expertise and sector-specific guidance we helped them to make their mark in the industry. Our client went through the Staffing set-up package, covering all aspect of setting up a successful agency.
From name storming to brand creation we helped our client on creating a logo representative of the brand’s core values: quality, professionalism and person-centred service. We also ensured practicality by building in versatility in the colour options, clarity of font and simplicity of each element. This message and branding were continued into the development of Excell Care Services’ marketing materials, creating a consistent image.
We were also able to offer our insight into the most efficient and dependable processes for recruiting highly skilled, fully trained staff and identifying the correct care packages to suit individual needs.
Branding and Stationery
As part of the package we came up with the name of the business, designed a custom logo, stationery and marketing materials based on the branding colour scheme
Marketing Material
For a complete marketing package, we also designed company presentation folder, which is quite important for the sales process, especially when engaging with clients.
Leaflets & Flyers
Well designed leaflets with concise information are very important for Canya Care, they are used to attract potential candidates and clients alike.
Staff ID
For consistent branding, no stone is left unturned, The staff at Canya Care should be professional and presentable in the work place since they carry the brand.
Company Forms
From application forms, agreements through to company letters, we covered it all for Excell. We provided over 200 branded forms and documents, well designed and branded with the company logo and colour scheme.
Staff Flyers
We designed flyers for attracting nurses in particular, to ensure we present information only targeting the nurses
Roll-up Banner
Banners come in hand for recruitment fairs and exhibitions. We designed and printed banners for Canya Care for use in the relevant occasions.
Social Media
We designed and set the social media accounts for Canya Care which included Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. Also as part of the package we managed the social media accounts for six months.
Website
As one of our favourite sayings ‘We do not build a website for your business, but we build your business on a website’. We did just that for Excell Care, creating a website packed with top features for a staffing agency, focused on attracting staff and clients as well as integrated tools for running the business.
