Standards Care
Established in 2017 Standards Care is a fast-growing agency providing both staffing and home care services in Southampton, as well as training and supplying healthcare staff to clients around the UK. Through our Staffing start-up package, we worked with them to create a consistent and care-focused brand, centred around the concepts of high-quality care, reliability and a personal service.
We helped the founders in coming up with a great and marketable name for their agency. Our considerations for their new logo were that it should work across both print and digital marketing channels as well as uniforms, stationery and business cards. We designed a clean-looking image with a clear font, creating a reassuring and professional effect.
We helped to build up Standards Care’s online presence by reworking their website in line with their new brand image. Designed with the user journey in mind, it is straightforward and easy to use.
We provided training, supported the company through CQC registration and we continue working with them supporting them in setting up new ventures within the sector.
Branding and Stationery
As part of the package we came up with the name of the business, designed a custom logo, stationery and marketing materials based on the branding colour scheme.
Leaflets & Flyers
Well designed leaflets with concise information are very important for Standards Care, they are used to attract potential candidates and clients alike.
Policies & Forms
From application forms, agreements through to company letters, we covered it all for Standards Care. We provided over 300 branded forms and documents, well designed and branded with the company logo and colour scheme.
Staff ID
For consistent branding, no stone is left unturned, The staff at Alfa Personnel should be professional and presentable in the work place since they carry the brand.
Marketing Material
For a complete marketing package, we also designed a company presentation folder, which is quite important for the sales process, especially when engaging with clients.
Roll-up Banner
Banners come in hand for recruitment fairs and exhibitions. We designed and printed banners for Standards Care for use in the relevant occasions.
Website
As one of our favourite sayings ‘We do not build a website for your business, but we build your business on a website’. We did just that for Standards Care, creating a website packed with top features for a staffing agency, focused on attracting staff and clients as well as integrated tools for running the business.
Social Media
We designed and set the social media accounts for Excell which included Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. Also as part of the package we managed the social media accounts for six months.
